Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account details: your email address, name and profile picture.
• Automations you create: prompts, workflow steps and settings.
• Usage information such as run counts, used to apply plan limits.
• Payment proof you upload (transaction ID and screenshot), visible only to you and the owner.

2. Google account data

When you connect Google, AutoLux asks for access to Gmail, Sheets, Drive and Calendar only so your own automations can run. We do not read, sell or use your Google data for ads or to train AI models. AutoLux's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect anytime from the app or from your Google account settings.

3. Encryption & security

Google access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Other connection keys are passed straight to the automation server and are not kept by AutoLux. All traffic uses HTTPS.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the services you connect and with the infrastructure providers needed to run AutoLux.

5. Analytics

We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and sign-ups from our ads.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data anytime through Help & Feedback in the app.
